Alex Guzina
Paraplanner
Alex graduated from Johns Hopkins University in May of 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Financial Economics. He began his career in compensation consulting, specializing in equity valuation and designing short- and long-term incentive plans for executives and employees.
Later, he shifted to the nonprofit space with a focus on addressing homelessness before joining M&E Catalyst Group in 2025. Alex is driven by a passion for personal finance, building client relationships, and helping people achieve financial independence.
In his free time, Alex enjoys hiking, traveling, and walking in the park with his three dogs. When he’s not enjoying the outdoors, he spends quality time with his family, friends, and girlfriend.
