Carter Larimer

Carter graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in 2025 with a degree in Business Management. During that time, Carter began his professional career in banking and found a passion for financial services and operational management. He is excited to be with M&E Catalyst Group overseeing and assisting with operations.

Outside of work, Carter is an avid golfer who enjoys the focus and strategy the game requires. When time allows, Carter enjoys surfing at his family’s lake house. Above all, Carter values quality time with his family, believing that strong relationships at home are key to leading effectively at work.
