Charlotte Rasmussen

Charlotte joined the Planning Team at M&E Catalyst Group in October 2025, bringing a solid foundation in the financial and insurance sectors from her previous roles. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, she combines a diverse skill set with a proactive, problem-solving mindset to deliver thoughtful, client-centered solutions. She is passionate about continuous growth and is excited to take on expanded responsibilities, allowing her to better support clients in achieving their financial goals and protecting what matters most to them.

Outside the office, Charlotte loves to travel, is a certified sommelier and has a deep appreciation for wine and food. When she's not on the road or savoring a great bottle with friends, she enjoys reading, gardening, and home improvement projects.
