Mickey Baker

Mickey graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management. He has over 16 years of diverse management experience including procurement, logistics, compliance, operations, and information technology, spending the last 9 years in the financial services industry. With that experience, Mickey brings focused expertise to the M&E team. He is results-driven and loves improving processes, finding a great fit for people to be in positions to succeed, tackling difficult challenges, and following projects through to the finish line. He holds Series 7, 66, 24, 52, & 53 FINRA registrations and a Minnesota Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license. Mickey is a pilot and enjoys recreational flying, SCUBA diving, softball, literature, and working with his hands, whether that’s rebuilding an engine, welding, woodworking, or remodeling a kitchen. His true passions are for his faith and his family. His wife and high school sweetheart, Stephanie, is also an executive in the financial services industry. Together they have 4 sons, Dominic, William, Henry, and Vincent who are the “best part of life.”
