Rikka came to M&E Catalyst Group in a career change, wanting to take the opportunity to spend more time with her family. Previous to M&E Catalyst Group, she spent forty-four years practicing in the medical field.

At M&E, Rikka works with the marketing team to ensure top notch client events and experiences. With an eye for aesthetics, any small detail probably has her hand on it. Away from work, Rikka is a loving grandmother to her expanding family.
